The cost of shipping the garment to you and the cost of you returning the garment to us is included in the rental fee.
If you change your mind and you would like to rent a different garment or you would like to change the dates of your rental, you may do so by emailing us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘RENTAL DETAIL CHANGE’.
If you would like to cancel your rental, you may do so by emailing us as soon as possible at email@example.com with the subject line ‘RENTAL CANCELLATION’.
Refunds for cancellations will be issued as per the following:
- Cancel 45+ days before the first date of your rental period - Full refund
- Cancel between 15-45 days before the first date of your rental period - 50% refund of the rental fee
- Cancel within 15 days of the first date of your rental period - No refund will be issued
Return of the Garments
Once you are ready to send the garment back, please neatly fold and place back into the plastic bag it was sent to you in. Then place the plastic bag into the polybag and tape shut. Print the return label that has been emailed to you and securely tape it onto the polybag, directly on top of the old label. Drop off your package at a drop-off location before noon on the last day of your rental period.
For each day the garment is dropped off late, you will be charged a $35 fee. You will be charged up to but not exceeding the retail value of the garment (plus the rental fee).
Garment Damages / Insurance
Normal wear and tear is expected, so you don’t have to worry about this. ‘Normal wear and tear’ includes minor stains, missing beads, stuck zippers or other minor damage. For loss, destruction or larger damages to the garment, you are responsible for paying the cost of repair or replacement, as determined by Indus.
