Orders & Returns
When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive on or before the first date of your 4-day rental period.
When do I need to return my garment?
Please drop off your garment at a drop-off point before noon on the last day of rental. This will ensure that we receive the garment with enough time to clean and sanitize the garment and send it to the next customer.
How do I send my garment back?
Once you’re ready to send the garment back, please neatly fold and place back into the plastic bag it came in. Then place the plastic bag into the polybag and tape shut. Print the return label that has been emailed to you and securely tape it onto the polybag. Drop off your package at a FedEx drop-off point before noon on the last day of rental.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been sent out for delivery, you will receive an email notification with a link to track your order.
Can I place an order for someone else?
Yes, you definitely can! Please make sure you enter in the name and address of the person you are ordering for correctly.
I am unsure about sizing - what should I do?
Please see our size chart which includes measurement ranges for each of our sizes. Style notes are also included on each garment page that explain how the garments fit (E.g. A-line, fitted blouse, loose and flowy, etc.), which may help you to decide what you will feel most comfortable in.
Do I need to dry clean the garment?
Nope, we take care of dry cleaning after the garments are returned to us.
What if I damage or stain the garment?
Normal wear and tear is expected, so you don’t have to worry about this. ‘Normal wear and tear’ includes minor stains, missing beads, stuck zippers or other minor damage. For loss, destruction or larger damages to the garment, we offer optional insurance coverage for $10 that will cover the repair or replacement of the garment. If you choose to forego this insurance option, you are responsible for paying the cost of repair or replacement, as determined by Indus.
Am I able to purchase insurance and what does it cover?
Renters have the option to purchase garment insurance for $15 which covers loss, destruction or larger damages to the garment. If you choose to forego this insurance option, you are responsible for paying the cost of repair or replacement, as determined by Indus.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
