Size SMALL is a good fit for the following measurements - waist: 28-31 inches / chest: 33-35 inches; Size MEDIUM is a good fit for the following measurements - waist: 31-33 inches / chest: 35-37 inches; The pants can be worn mid or high waisted, and cut off around the ankle. Size SMALL is 38 inches in length. Size MEDIUM is 41 inches in length
